Age is only a number. Are you sure?

Recently, I’ve celebrated my 30th anniversary. 30 - a magic number :) It is an age that makes me feel wiser, more balanced, and more satisfied than any other age. We use to say a lot that ”age is only a number”. But are you sure that this applies to everyone? Inner child

Briefly, the inner child is everything we learned or felt during our childhood. It is part of our personality, but it is reflected more in our unconscious behavior. Its origins are closed to the psychologist Carl Jung and its child archetype . By different therapeutic techniques, each person will take care of its unresolved childhood experiences and it will pay attention to its physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Every child deserves to feel safe. If you recognize yourself as a child on the following things, maybe it helps if you do a little bit of introspection on your inner child: You were not allowed to express your own opinions. You were asked to be quiet when trying to speak up. You were taught that it’s not ok to show your emotions or to appreciate yourself. You were verbally criticized / abused. When you want to do some cleaning into your life

We live a life that sometimes makes us feel as being too much for us. We run between a lot of activities, we talk with a lot of people, we achieve a lot of deadlines, but in the end, we can’t see clearly the quality of what we do. I realized recently that when I am not enough motivated to do something, a thing that can make me continue it is the commitment for a team. I don’t know if it is good or bad, but probably I use to do a lot of things for others’ happiness and their happiness makes me happy. One of my New Year resolutions was to make some clean into my life. And I did it into small steps. Some of them are already done, some of them are in progress. But it is an absolutely amazing feeling - there is less information, but more relevant; I feel that I can breathe and I feel (sometimes) more rested.
