Recently, I’ve celebrated my 30th anniversary. 30 - a magic number :) It is an age that makes me feel wiser, more balanced, and more satisfied than any other age. We use to say a lot that ”age is only a number”. But are you sure that this applies to everyone? And I am asking this because yes, age is only a number when we are thinking of our mood, to how we feel, or to what we express. But the age means also all the lessons we took during these years, all the people we met, and all the experiences we had. So starting with my 30 I’ve wanted to make a list with 30 lessons I learned during these years. And I wrote them randomly here: Be kind to yourself. Usually, we set some objectives and we are the major judges of our life. For every challenge you have, take it step by step. Mistakes and errors are part of our development. Go beyond them. Building authentic relationships on social media

In Romania, there are over 18 million internet users , at the top of social media platforms being Facebook, Instagram and TikTok . Because of this, you can easily find in your network at least one person who tries to be an influencer, trying to present some of his products, services, and words of wisdom. The hardest thing to do is to build an authentic relationship with your audience. Some things that would help with this would be: Know your audience: understand the people you address Be authentic: being yourself and being honest are valued by your audience Be transparent: some people will like you, some won’t. Don’t try to hide some of them. Be responsive: interact with people, respond, and listen to others Monitors reactions you receive: understand what posts generate what answers Be helpful and bring value: create content that people will benefit from it Be consistent: make people curious about your next post Collaborate with others and share others’ posts There are a lot of people

Inner child

Briefly, the inner child is everything we learned or felt during our childhood. It is part of our personality, but it is reflected more in our unconscious behavior. Its origins are closed to the psychologist Carl Jung and its child archetype . By different therapeutic techniques, each person will take care of its unresolved childhood experiences and it will pay attention to its physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Every child deserves to feel safe. If you recognize yourself as a child on the following things, maybe it helps if you do a little bit of introspection on your inner child: You were not allowed to express your own opinions. You were asked to be quiet when trying to speak up. You were taught that it’s not ok to show your emotions or to appreciate yourself. You were verbally criticized / abused.
