During last week, I made some changes to my laptop and for a couple of hours, I had the feeling that I lost all the documents from my laptop.
First, I was stressed. Then, I realized that everything can be recovered - or almost everything.
I started to read online and I realized that technology can give you addiction (some clear explanations here).
So I proposed to myself to monitor my online activity: to close my notifications from my mobile update, to unsubscribe from all the email newsletters I don't use to read frequently and to unfollow the social media pages that don’t give me enough added value. I will see in some months how my life will change.
I invite you also to be more present in your real life. Christmas is coming and it can be a proper moment to spend more time with family and friends and to leave the technology behind.
