• Setting objectives and KPIs. Set also some steps to do for achieving your goals. It is good to know where you want to arrive and how.
• Pay attention to the requirements from the market. Innovate and be unique as much as you can.
• Work constantly, learn each day, and try to do it better.
• Be human and be kind. People will remember this.
• Search for competent people and try to keep these relationships. Learn from them.
• Trust people close to you. Delegate things to them and grow them.
